Annual Election Social, Sunday at 2pm.
Please note the event location has changed – now at Quaker Steak & Lube.
Voting opens on Sunday, October 29, one week prior to the Election Social.
Members will be able to vote electronically using a separate website event from October 29 to Nov. 3.
Electronic votes will be tallied and brought to the meeting on November 5. Additional voting (live) will take place at the Election meeting for any who did not vote electronically. Votes will be tallied and winners announced at the Election Meeting.

Up for Election:
• One Director, three-year term. Tristan Overmann’s cycle is ending.
• Secretary, two year term.

Director Duties:
> Have been a member for at least one year
> Be known for strong interest / passion in Upstate MINIs
> Preside over Club Meetings and Socials
> Executive decisions involving Club activities
> Represent the Club at public functions, act as spokesperson for Club
> Work with other Directors, quick response to electronic communications

Secretary Duties:
> Maintain minutes from each meeting and read back previous meeting minutes. Our Bylaws call for 2 meetings per year.
> Send out emails of upcoming meetings and important information using our website email feature.
