11am meet up.
11am – 11:30am team creation.
This will be a driving event around the Upstate solving questions leading you to the final destination. This will be team based, so don’t worry that you don’t know the Upstate that well. We will create teams at the QuickTrip starting location. The number of people on the teams will be determined on how many people show up to play. The event will be 4-5 hours long. There will be about 3 hours of driving with a 2-10 minute stop per question.
Teams
There will be 3-6 teams (more if needed) for this event. A team will be car based not people.
Teams will be created at the start or make your own team ahead of time. The number of teams will be determined by the number of cars that show up. Questions will be sent and received through your phone’s group text. We will gather the team’s phone numbers and send clues out through text.
How to Play
Your team will receive a text based clue. You will then solve the clue, drive to that location, take a picture of the answer and text it in. If the picture is the correct answer you will receive a new question/riddle for the next clue. Yes, you can use google and for some you may need to!
The winner will be the first team to reach the final destination.
4pm – 5pm ending in or near Spartanburg.
Wait for the other teams to come in, talk with teams about their run. Have some pizza.
