We have a private room reserved.

Annual election
Up for Election are three posts:
• One Director (three-year term)
• Secretary (two-year term)
• Treasurer (two-year term)
Nominations for the above posts are open until December 21.
Also on the ballot will be the acceptance (or not) of Bylaws changes proposed by the current Directors. In addition to the changes in Director Duties, there is a Voluntary Post (Ambassador) that will be added.
Voting opens on Wednesday, December 28, one week prior to the Election Social.
Members can vote electronically between December 28 and January 2 or in person on January 4.
